聚乳酸的多重熔融转变与冷结晶行为研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对不同数均分子量(M_n)的聚乳酸(PLA)晶体的多重熔融转变及冷结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明:PLA的多重熔融转变行为明显受M_n及等温结晶温度(Tc)等因素的影响,即Mn或Tc越低,PLA多重熔融现象则越明显;PLA的多重熔融转变是由于熔融再结晶所致;由半结晶性聚合物的三相模型可知,M_n越高,PLA越易在较低温度发生冷结晶现象。 The multiple melting transformation and cold-crystallization behaviors of polylactic acid(PLA) crystals with different number average molecular weight(M_n) were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that: The multiple melting behavior of PLA crystals can be obviously influenced by isothermal crystallization temperature(Tc) or M_n. With the decreasing of Tc or M_n, the multiple melting transformation phenomenon becomes more obvious. The multiple melting transformation of PLA crystals is caused by melting-recrystallization. According to the three-phase model of semicrystalline polymer, the cold-crystallization takes place at lower temperature with the increasing of M_n.
