摘要
为研究洁净空调在口蹄疫疫苗药厂的适用性,采用理论分析与计算相结合的方法,以西安市某制药车间净化空调为例,给出其设计方案与计算方法,详细阐述了该净化空调系统的负荷计算、空气处理方案、风量、气流组织、压差控制、消毒方式等.得出采用文丘里式变风量阀与文丘里式定风量阀相结合的控制方式能够精密地控制房间压差,有效地防止交叉污染.
In order to study the applicability of clean air conditioning system in foot and mouth disease vaccine pharmaceutical factory, the design and calculation method of a clean air condi- tioning system for a biologic pharmaceutical workshop is introduced in Xiran. The load calcula- tion, air handling process, supply air volume, air distribution mode, different pressure control method and disinfection methods are stated in detail. The conclusion is that room differential pressure will be controlled precisely and corss contamination will be prevented effectively when venturi terminal variable air valve and venturi terminal constant air valve are elected at the same time.
