摘要
为解决沿空掘巷合理煤柱留设宽度难题,以庞庞塔矿10#煤层开采为工程背景,基于沿空掘巷关键块破断特征,理论分析得出煤柱的合理留宽为7.5~9 m,利用数值模拟对首采面回采阶段和二次回采阶段4种不同宽度煤柱的围岩应力再分布进行分析。结果表明:当煤柱宽度为9 m时,煤柱中部出现对稳定性有利的弹性核区,且巷道围岩变形小,煤柱整体承载性能好,则煤柱留宽最终确定为9 m。
In order to solve the difficult problem of the width about setting coal pillar gob-side entry driving, taking No.10 coal seam of Pangpangta coal mine as engineering background,according to the characteristics of gob-side entry driving,analysis the theory of reasonable coal pillar width is at 7.5-9 m. The characteristics of stress distribution of four different coal pillar of width are obtained by of the first face mining and secondary recovery stages. The results show: when the coal pillar is 9 m,in the middle of coal pillar ,the deformation of surrounding rock and roadway is small at this time and the coal pillar is stable, the coal pillar is better, so determining the coal pillar width is 9 m.
