大采高工作面覆岩运移规律及支架工作阻力确定 被引量:2

摘要 针对某矿8402首采大采高工作面特殊的地质开采条件,通过理论分析、数值计算,得出了基本顶初次与周期来压步距参数。由于大采高工作面存在一次采出空间增大的问题,因此着重对支架承载状态进行研究。通过动载荷法计算得出工作面的最大支架工作阻力为9 420 k N/架,ZZ9900/29.5/50型液压支架能够满足工作面顶板支护强度要求。 Aiming at the specific geological mining conditions of the first large height 8402 working face in a coal mine, by using theory analysis and numerical simulation, the parameters of weighting step of the main roof initially and periodically are obtained at 8402 working face. Impact of supporting load is focused on for the problem of one-time mining space increasing at large mining height face. Through the calculation of dynamic loading, the maximum working resistance for support at large mining height longwall face is each support 9 420 kN, and the powered support of ZZ9900/29.5/50 can meet the requirement of roof supporting strength with working face.
