复合射孔聚能射流速度场变化的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 分析了复合射孔聚能射流衍化的物理过程,利用Fluent软件模拟不同孔径下聚能射流速度场的变化情况。研究表明:射孔弹在φ18 mm的孔径下射流效果最好。孔径过小,射流速度快但连续性差;孔径过大,射流连续性好但速度降低。孔径大小应与所用射孔弹尺寸相适应。 The physical process of shaped charge jet derivation was analyzed as to composite perforation. Using the Fluent software to simulate the velocity filed change of shaped charge jet with different aperture. The results show that the effect of the jet on the hole of ~b18 mm is better than that of the perforation. The aperture is too small, the jet velocity is fast but its poor continuity; the aperture is too large, jet continuity is good but the reduced speed. The size of the aperture should be adapted to the size of the perforating bullet.
