突出危险预测中煤视密度测定最优方法研究

Experimental Study on Optimal Method to Measure Apparent Density of Coal in Outburst Danger Prediction

鉴于突出煤样形态的特殊性,研究专门针对突出煤样视密度测定的方法是必要的。首先采用现行普通煤样视密度的测定方法来测定突出煤样,然后从视密度的定义着手设计出针对突出煤样视密度的测定方法来测定相同地域的突出煤样,对比、分析2种方法所得到的实验结果,画出误差分布柱状图,比较2种方法的优劣,并且也对实验中重点使用的仪器的可靠性进行了研究,最后得出了突出煤视密度测定的最优方法,对石门揭煤突出危险性预测有一定的应用价值。

In view of the particularity of outburst coal sample,It is necessary to study the method of aiming at the apparent density of outburst coal sample.First, the current common coal sample apparent density measurement method was used to measure the outburst coal sample.Then from the definition of the apparent density, the method of aiming at the apparent density of the outburst coal sample was designed to measure the outburst coal sample in the same area,compared and analyzed the experimental results obtained by the two methods, draw the error distribution histogram,compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, and the reliability of the instruments used in the experiment was also studied,Finally, the optimal method of determining the apparent density of coal is obtained, it has certain application value to the prediction of the outburst danger of the coal uncovering in Shimen.
