摘要
为获得闸瓦摩擦特性在紧急制动过程中对制动器温度场/应力场的影响,针对超深矿井提升机制动系统,提出了紧急制动过程中制动器温度场/应力场的理论计算方法。并以此为基础,再运用有限元的方法建立了紧急制动过程中制动器的热-结构直接耦合模型,得到了闸瓦不同摩擦特性下紧急制动过程中制动副的温度场和应力场的大小与分布规律。
In order to obtain the' effect of brake shoe friction characteristics on the temperature and stress field of brake in emergency braking, the computing method of temperature and stress field in emergency braking was presented for the braking system of ultra deep mine hoister. On this foundation, the thermo-structrual direct coupling model of brake was established by finite element method, the value and distribution of temperature and stress field of brake in emergency braking were obtained when the friction characteristics changed.
