摘要
以某40 k W矿用带式输送机制动器为例,基于Solid Works建立了制动盘的三维参数化模型,运用Workbench对其进行了静力强度、热应力强度和机械振动的有限元分析,得出制动盘的应力应变分布图、前5阶固有频率表。根据预先的有限元分析结果表明:盘式制动器在刚度和强度上存在较大的提升空间。在此基础上,采用目标驱动优化方法,以改善制动盘结构的方式,建立了制动性能最优化的设计目标,以应力应变为约束条件,进行了结构改进设计。
Take a 40 kW mine belt conveyor brake as an example, SolidWorks is based to establish a three-dimensional parametric model of the brake disc. Use the static strength of Workbench, finish the finite element analysis of Static strength, thermal stress intensity and mechanical vibration, getting first five natural frequencies table. According to pre-FEM analysis, there is a big disc brakes room for improvement in stiffness and strength. On this basis, goal-driven optimization methods are used to improve the brake disc structure, with the establishment of the braking performance optimization design goal, the stress-strain constraint conditions, and the structure improved design.
