摘要
对采煤机摇臂进行受力分析,利用UG软件建立采煤机摇臂壳体虚拟样机模型,导入分析软件ANSYS中,施加合理的负载和边界条件,进行应力和振动模态有限元分析,分析结果表明,该采煤机摇臂壳体力学性能和振动性能良好。同时得出利用虚拟样机技术对同类零部件的高效设计有很大的优势。
Stress analysis was carried out on the shearer rocker arm; built the virtual prototype model of shearer rocker arm shell by UG software,imported the analysis software ANSYS,the reasonable load and boundary conditions of stress and vibration modal finite element analysis, the analysis results showed that the mechanical properties and rocker arm shell of shearer vibration performance was good. At the same time, conclusion the use of virtual prototype technology is of great advantage to effective design of similar parts.
