应用于煤矿的直流电源设计

摘要 介绍了煤矿不间断直流电源的基本原理、系统组成并给出了系统设计方案,详细设计了主要部分的硬件电路和软件程序。该直流电源以STM32F103VCT6作为核心,通过控制蓄电池的充放电实现恒流充电,在交流电网停电下能不间断输出12 V直流电。该电源系统切换灵活、输出可靠和运行安全稳定,具有较强的实际工程应用前景。 The basic principle and system composition of the coal mine continuous DC power supply are presented, and system design scheme is given, the main part of the hardware circuit and software program are designed detailedly. With STM32F103VCT6 as the core of DC power supply, the constant current charging are relized through the control of battery charging and discharging, it can output 12 V continuous current under the AC power grid blackout. The power supply system own flexibly switching, reliable output, safely and stably operation, it has strong engineering application prospects.
