摘要
从资源状况等7个维度构建煤炭企业综合竞争力评价指标体系,遵从群效用最大化及个体遗憾最小化原则建立基于VIKOR的综合竞争力评价模型,并利用该方法对华能集团下属的5个已投产煤炭企业进行实证研究,结果表明:评价结果与煤炭企业综合竞争力的实际情况相符,建立的综合竞争力评价模型具备实用性与可行性。
Buih an index system to evaluate the coal enterprises' comprehensive competitiveness in terms of resources conditions and other six dimensions, then structured an evaluation model by means of VIKOR follow the principle of group utility maximization and individual regret minimization. At last, made an empirical research of five coal enterprises belonging to Huaneng by using this method and the results suggested that the appraisal conclusion can accord with the actual circumstance, so the evaluation model possesses practicality and feasibility.
