摘要
以铁皮石斛丛生芽为试材,通过三因素三水平正交实验方法优化生根培养体系,研究了不同添加物浓度对生根的影响,以筛选最适的铁皮石斛生根培养基。结果表明:香蕉泥对铁皮石斛生根有极显著的促进作用,培养基成分为1/2MS+2.5mg·L^(-1) NAA+1.5mg·L^(-1)IBA+150g·L^(-1)香蕉泥时,生根率可达到100%,为最佳的生根培养基。
Dendrobium candidum multiple shoots were used as materials.Orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was used to optimize rooting culture system.The results showed that banana puree had a very significant promotingforrooting.With 1/2 MS＋2.5mg·L-（-1） NAA＋1.5mg·L-（-1）IBA＋150g·L-（-1） banana puree medium,the rooting rate could reach 100%,which was the best medium for rooting.
