摘要
As an important direction of the interdisciplinary study of translation,semiotranslation(or semiotic translation)has shown many advantages.Although modern semiotics originated in the west,there are abundant observations and explorations of"signs"("象")in traditional Chinese philosophical thoughts,which display their differences from the western tradition of semiotics and show their applicability in translation.
