改良中药热奄包法在颈型颈椎病康复中的效果研究

The rehabilitation effect of an improved traditional Chinese medicine hot I package method for neck type of cervical spondylosis

目的观察改良中药热奄包法对颈型颈椎病患者的干预疗效。方法选取2015年8月至2016年6月在我院就诊的颈型颈椎病患者124例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各62例,对照组采用传统中药热奄包法,观察组采用改良中药热奄包法。比较两组干预前后采用颈椎功能障碍指数量表(the neck disability index,NDI)视觉模拟定级(Visual analogues scale,VAS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组患者的NDI评分、VAS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者NDI评分、VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有1例患者首次给予传统中药热奄包法时出现皮肤烫伤,脱落1例;观察组未发现有其他任何不良反应发生。结论传统中药热奄包法和改良中药热奄包法均可改善患者颈椎功能,减轻颈椎疼痛,且改良中药热奄包法在改善患者疼痛和颈椎功能的效果优于传统中药热奄包法,可作为颈型颈椎病干预的优选方案。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of an improvement method of Chinese medicine hot I package in the rehabilitation of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods We selected 124 patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis in our hospital during August 2015 to June 2016. According to random number table,the patients were divided into control or ob- servation group ,62 in each group. The control group was given a traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） hot I package and the observation group was given the improved TCM hot I package method. The neck disability index （NDI） and visual analogues scale （VAS） were used before and after the intervention. The adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the NDI and VAS scores of two groups were significantly reduced in the both groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the control group, one patient＇s skin was burned at the first time application and one case＇s package was fallen off. However,no obvious adverse reaction occurred in the observation group. Conclusion Both methods can significantly improve the spine function and reduce the cervical pain of the patients. However, the improved TCM hot I package method has better effect than non-improved method. Therefore,it can be used as an optimization method.
