摘要
目的对两种血培养系统进行性能验证,探讨快速准确地做出病原学诊断的方法。方法两种血培养系统分成需氧瓶组、厌氧瓶组和儿童瓶组,将配置好的不同浓度梯度的标准菌悬液按要求分别注入血培养瓶内,按要求放入自动化仪器内进行培养,然后记录两个仪器每个瓶子的报阳时间,实验结束后对不同系统学培养瓶检出时间进行比较。结果在需氧瓶中,白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌和B群链球菌在细菌浓度为107、105及10 CFU/ml时,BACTEC FX检出时间早于Bac T/ALERT 3D;在厌氧瓶中,肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌和B群链球菌在细菌浓度为107、105及103CFU/ml时,BACTEC FX检出时间早于Bac T/ALERT 3D;在儿童瓶中,白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌和B群链球菌在细菌浓度为107、105、103及10 CFU/ml时,BACTEC FX检出时间均早于Bac T/ALERT 3D(P<0.05)。结论两种血培养系统均能有效监测由细菌或者真菌引起的血液感染,BACTEC FX血培养瓶检出时间多数早于Bac T/ALERT 3D血培养瓶。
Objective To compare the performance evaluation of two blood culture systems and explore the methods of fast accurate etiologic diagnosis. Methods The both blood culture systems were divided into aerobic, anaerobic and children groups. The liquid of standard bacteria were diluted to different concentrations and cultivated according to requirements of the automation instruments. Then, the bacteria detection time of each bottle was recorded. The bacteria detection time was compared between the two systems. Results In the aerobic group,the bacteria detection time of Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumonia, Enterocoecus faecalis and group B streptococci at the concentrations of 107 CFU/ml, 105 CFU/ml and 10 CFU/ml in the BACTEC FX system was earlier than that in the BaeT/ALERT 3 D system. In the anaerobic group, the bacteria detection time of Klebsiella pneumonia, Enterococcus faeealis and group B streptococci at the concentrations of 107 CFU/ml, 105 CFU/ml and 103 CFU/ml in the BACTEC FX system was earlier than that of BacT/ALERT 3D system. In the children group, the bacteria detection time of Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumonia, Enterococeus faecalis and group B streptococci at the concentrations of 107 CFU/ml, 105 CFU/ml, 103 CFU/ml and 10 CFU/ml in the BACTEC FX system was earlier than that in the BacT/ALERT 3 D system. All the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The both blood culture systems can effectively detect the blood stream infections by the bacteria and fungi. The BACTEC FX system needs less time in detecting the pathogens than BacT/ALERT 3D system does.
