摘要
教师职业道德的培养过程是一个有明确目的,按一定方向运行的复杂的系统工程.研究教师职业道德培养模式的目的,是为改进教师职业道德培养模式提供较为明确的操作路径.该模式以“全人教育”和“终身教育”的思想作为指导,以我国高等师范院校的培养目标和我国中小学教师职业道德规范为基本参考依据,以职前学校教育活动与在职教师职业活动为路径,经多次实践反复提炼而成,具备较完备的系统性、范型性和可操作性,并在其稳定性的基础上,又具有很大的变革空间.
The education and training of ethics for education professionals is a complicated and systematic project with an explicit purpose and following a certain direction. The purpose of this research aims to provide comparatively clear di-rections for the reforms of training models for professional ethics for teachers. This model is established under the guid- ance of the philosophy of whole -person education and lifelong learning, on the basis of the training goals and objectives of normal institutes and the code of ethics for primary and secondary school teachers in China, and through numerous ex-periments in the pre -service teacher education activities and in-service teachers, practices. This training model is sys- tematic, paradigmatic, and easy to operate, stable and has space to change and reform.
