构建全景式、全程化德育的新格局

摘要 德育成效的滞后与客观评价的难度,造成对德育效果跟踪与考量的忽略,形成把德育简化为具体活动的碎片化倾向,忽略了德育在校园的无处不在、无时不有.我们必须拥有一个德育全渗透、全覆盖的新视野,建设中小学德育的新格局,用过程细化、强化合力、德育的校本化来凸显德育的全景式、全程化特征. There has been negligence in terms of tracking and quantifying the effectiveness of moral education due to two reasons, a time lag of the effectiveness of moral education and the difficulty to maintain an objective perspective. Thus there has been a tendency where moral education has been reduced to specific moral education activities, overlooking that fact that moral education is an ongoing activity that is forever present on campus. Accordingly, it is high time that we held a new view that moral education is fully penetrating, covering all aspects of a student^s education on campus to demon-strate the panoramic and systemic features of moral education through refining the process, strengthening joint forces, and school-based moral education.
