初中课堂小组合作活动中的同伴关系

摘要 近年来,课堂教学开始重新关注合作学习对学习的作用.然而,在合作学习的过程中,学习者相互之间的关系充满了不确定因素,合作过程本身就是双刃剑.学校需要通过建立有利于加强同伴交流的班级管理机制,为建立学生间良好的同伴关系营造氛围.同时,在课堂设计上要摆脱学生学习“各自为战”的教学方式,设计有利于学生同伴合作交流的课堂活动.此外,学校也需要加强家校沟通,密切关注学生心理的变化,引导学生克服与同伴交流合作的障碍. In recent years, Teachers have begun to pay close attention to the effect of cooperative learning in class-room. However, in the process of cooperative learning, the relationship between learners is full of uncertain factors, and the cooperation process itself is a double - edged sword. The school needs to establish a class management mechanism which is conducive to strengthening peer exchange, creating a good atmosphere for students , good peer relationship. At the same time, the Cooperative Learning Method should be encouraged instead of the Separately Learning Method. In ad-dition, the school also needs to strengthen the communication between home and school, pay close attention to the chan-ges of students, psychology, and guide students to overcome obstacles to cooperation with the peer exchange.
