走班教学措施下班级建设新出路的探讨

摘要 班级建设和学科教学是学校教育的两大基本领域,其目标都是为了每位学生的发展.但是在实际的学校教育中,二者往往处于割裂的状态.在我国,班主任教师承担着教学任务和班级建设的双重压力,班级建设遭遇困境.而走班教学措施的实行对班级建设提出了新的挑战与机遇.班主任只有转变角色,与其他任课教师形成教育合力,以教学促教育,充分发挥学生自我管理和自我教育的能力,才能实现内在路径的专业发展. Class construction and subject teaching are two basic fields in schooling education,aiming at the development of every student.However,they are usually in the state of segregation in the real schooling education.In our country,head teachers bear the great pressure of teaching and class construction and they usually encounter some difficulties in the process of class construction.What's more,they also are challenged by the implementation of Hierarchy and Mobile Teaching System.In order to achieve the inner-path professional development,head teachers need to change their roles,form educational joint forces with other teachers,promote education for teaching,encourage students'selfgovernment and promote them to be reflective practitioner in the process of class construction.
