金融支持现代农业发展的探索与实践——以陕西为例

Exploration and Practice of Financial Support for the Development of Modern Agriculture-- Taking Shaanxi as an Example

现代农业是广泛应用现代科学技术和管理方法的社会化农业,当前,现代农业发展已成为实现中国全面现代化的关键之一。本文对陕西省政府、人民银行西安分行和各金融机构支持现代农业发展的做法和成效进行了梳理,对金融支持现代农业发展中存在的问题作出总结,进而提出相关政策建议:完善农村金融服务体系,强化融资担保风险分担和补偿机制,加强农村金融产品创新等。

Modern agriculture is a kind of socialized agriculture, which is widely used modern science and technology and management methods,currently,the technology industry has become China＇s economic transformation and upgrading and rapid development of important engine. This paper summarizes the practices and achievements of Shaanxi Provincial Government, People＇s Bank of China Xi＇an Branch and various fi nancial institutions in supporting the development of modern agriculture, summarizes the existing problems in fi nancial support to modern agricultural development, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions： improving the rural fi nancial service system, Strengthening the risk-sharing and compensation mechanisms for fi nancing guarantees, and strengthening rural fi nancial products innovation.
