县域经济“小贷扶贫”问题的探讨——以长春市双阳区小贷扶贫为例

《中共中央国务院关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定》提出金融支持脱贫攻坚的一揽子政策以来,在积极探索扶贫开发金融服务工作的过程中,各类社会资源得到有效整合,金融扶贫工作取得显著成效。双阳地区各级部门充分结合农村地区贫困户扶贫难、帮贫难、脱贫难等问题,积极探索小额信贷金融扶贫新路径,金融扶贫工作取得一定成效。但笔者通过实地调查发现,小额信贷扶贫在实施过程中业存在诸多问题,如何探索出一条小额信贷助力扶贫开发、促进多方合作共赢的新路径是当前金融扶贫急需解决关健所在。
