摘要
1,4-环己烷二甲醇在高分子工业具有重要的作用,主要用于合成高附加值聚酯产品.在工业上,1,4-环己烷二甲醇主要是由对苯二甲酸二甲酯经两步加氢反应而制得.采用浸渍法制备了Pd/Mg O催化剂,并运用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行了结构表征.以乙酸甲酯作溶剂,将制得的Pd/Mg O用于对苯二甲酸二甲酯催化加氢制1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯的反应.在180℃,4.5 MPa条件下,对苯二甲酸二甲酯转化率为100%,1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯选择性为99%.研究结果表明该催化剂具有良好的应用潜力.
In the field of polymer industry, 1 ,4-cyclohexanedimethanol ( CHDM) occupies an important position especially for the synthesis of highly valued polyester products. In industry,CHDM is prepared from dimethyl terephthalate ( DMT) through a two- step hydrogenation process Palladium supported on magnesium oxide (Pd/MgO) was prepared by animpregnation method and was characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) ,transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scan electron microscope (SEM) . During the hydrogenation of DMT to synthesize dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate ( DMCD) ,the as-prepared Pd/MgO was used as the catalyst with methyl acetate as the solvent. Under optimized reaction conditions ( reaction temperature : 180℃ , reaction pres-sure:4.5MPa) ,the conversion of DMT was 100% and the selectivity of DMCD was 99% . Such a catalyst shows a good potential in industrial applications.
