摘要
基于近红外光热治疗的诊疗一体化技术是一种新兴的具有广阔应用前景的癌症治疗方法.它可以通过对肿瘤的可视化检测分析,进而实施个体差异化治疗.硫属铜基纳米材料具有强近红外吸收、高光热转换效率、廉价以及制备方法简单等诸多优点,因此基于该类材料的癌症诊疗一体化成为了近些年的研究热点.介绍了近年来硫属铜基纳米材料在癌症诊断、治疗以及一体化上的最新研究进展.
Near infrared photothermal theranostics is an emerging therapy that has great potential in cancer therapy. With this theranostics, more effective prevention, screening, and treatment strategies for individualized cancer therapy will be found. Ther- anostics agents for cancer based on copper chalcogenide nanomaterials have become one of the attractive research fields recently due to their strong near-infrared absorptions,higher photothermal conversion efficiencies,low cost,and easy preparation. This re-view introduces the recent advances related to the diagnosis, treatment, and theranostics based on the copper chalcogenide nano-materials for cancer.
