科学研究是大学的基本功能之一,是高校的重要工作之一,科研水平的高低能体现高校办学水平的高低;但科学研究除了科研本身以外,也离不开科研的管理,数字化和信息化的科研管理方式能够有效提升科研管理效率。该文面向高校二级学院的科研管理现状设计了一个科研信息管理系统,该科研信息管理系统能够有效地对各种科研项目和科研成果进行管理,从而提高科研管理人员的科研管理效率。

Research is one of the most important work in colleges and universities, and the level of scientific research can well measure the level of a university. In addition, the level of research management is also inseparable. In practice, digitalization and informatization can effectively improve the efficiency of the scientific research management. This paper designs a scientific research management information system which can be used in the school of a university. The effectiveness and efficiency of scientific management can be greatly improved based on the designed management information system.
