摘要
SiGe-OI微环谐振器是一种新型半导体材料的谐振器。本文根据传输矩阵法得到微环谐振器的传递函数,研究了上下载滤波器和上、下载端口的性能,分析了SiGe-OI微环谐振器的滤波特性,以及耦合特性对滤波特性的影响。通过模拟软件建立SiGe-OI微环谐振器模型,主要对其结构参数、耦合系数、3dB带宽和消光比等参数进行了分析,仿真了波导宽度、耦合间距、波长与耦合系数的关系,以及耦合系数对3dB带宽和消光比的影响。最终给出了耦合系数的范围以及不同耦合系数下的滤波特性,为SiGe-OI微环谐振器的研究提供了理论参考。
SiGe-OI micro-ring resonator is a new type of resonator with semiconductor material.In this paper,according to the transfer function of micro-ring resonator by the transfer matrix method,the typical curve of the intensity transfer function of the drop channel and main channel are researched.The filtering property of SiGe-OI micro-ring resonator is analyzed with the filtering property influenced by coupling coefficient.The model of SiGe-OI micro-ring resonator is built by the simulation software,with the structure parameters,coupling coefficient,3dB bandwidth and extinction ratio being mainly analyzed.The relationships between wave guide width,coupling gap,wavelength and coupling coefficient are simulated,and the influences of 3dB bandwidth and extinction ratio are analyzed from the coupling coefficient.Finally,the range of coupling coefficient is accessed,and the filtering property is obtained in the condition of different coupling coefficients,providing a theoretical reference for research on SiGe-OI micro-ring resonator.
