摘要
进行了生物肥皂防治茶黑毒蛾、茶小绿叶蝉和茶黄蓟马的田间药效试验,以棉铃虫核型多角体病毒400倍液作为对照药剂,"生物肥皂"脂肪酸盐100倍液、200倍液和300倍液作为试验药剂,清水作空白对照对大叶种茶树进行施药。调查喷洒受试组和对照组的虫口基数,计算出虫口减退率和校正防效。结果表明:"生物肥皂"脂肪酸盐稀释浓度为100倍液,用量为1L/亩,用药后7天对茶黑毒蛾、假眼小绿叶蝉和茶黄蓟马的防治作用达到100%、63.66%和95.95%。同时,喷施过100倍液"生物肥皂"脂肪酸盐的鲜叶的百芽重和总游离氨基酸含量均有明显增加。所制成的茶样外形和滋味均较对照均有所改善。实验证明"生物肥皂"脂肪酸盐表现出高效、广谱、无残留等优势,有助于从根本上解决茶叶生产农药残留及有机茶园生态防控效果有限的问题。
The field efficacy tests have been carried out in order to control the Dasychira baibarana Matsumura, Empoasca vitis and Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood in the tea plantation. 400 times liquid of Ha NPV was used as control agents, biological soap with 100 times liquid, 200 times liquid and 300 times liquid were test reagent and water was the blank control. This paper investigated two spraying test groups and the control group of the population number, calculated population extinction rate and correction control effect. And the tea sample components and pesticide residues were detected and analyzed. The results showed that, for the"biological soap" salts of fatty acids in tea subjects, dilution ratio of 100 times and the amount of 1L per mu was recommended. After 7 days of applying the biological soap solution, it had very good removal effect on Dasychira baibarana Matsumura, Empoasca vitis,Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood and the software pests, with the control effect of 100%, 63.66% and 95.95% respectively.The tea samples from the shape and taste were improved in the control group. During the experiment, the biological soap demonstrated high efficiency, broad spectrum and no residue, which was helpful to solve the problem of pesticide residue in tea production and the ecological control effect of organic tea garden.
