A Study on the Problem of Migrant Workers Returning Home to Start a Business in China

农业、农村、农民问题是我国现代化建设过程中的根本问题,也是全面建设小康社会进程中的关键所在。农业丰则基础强,农民富则国家盛,农村稳则社会安。一直以来,农民问题都是"三农"问题中最核心的部分,如何使农民的收入实现持续增长是农民最关心的问题。针对这一问题,最有效的方法就是积极促进农民工返乡创业,使农民收入增加、使社会主义新农村建设更加完善,这是实现我国农业现代化的根本途径。

Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the basic problems in the process of China＇s modernization,but also it is the key to building a well- off society in an all- round way. Agricultural prosperity means strong base,farmers＇ richness the country＇s prosperity,and the stability of rural areas social stability. All along,the farmers are the core part of the three rural problems,and how to make the income of the farmers achieve sustained growth is the most concern to farmers. To solve this problem,the most effective ways are to actively promote the migrant workers entrepreneurship,to increase the income of farmers,and to make the construction of new socialist countryside more perfect,which is the fundamental way to realize agricultural modernization in China.
