摘要 目的:探讨SRSF1和Caspase-3在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测45例膀胱尿路上皮癌及10例正常膀胱尿路上皮中SRSF1及Caspase-3的表达情况,并探讨二者的相关性。结果:SRSF1在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中高表达,并且与肿瘤的初发和复发、是否转移显著相关。Caspase-3在膀胱尿路上皮癌中低表达,与临床及病理指标均无关。相关性分析表明,膀胱尿路上皮癌中SRSF1表达与Caspase-3表达呈负相关。结论:SRSF1与膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生、复发及转移密切相关,其可能通过抑制凋亡相关蛋白Caspase-3来调控细胞周期及凋亡,参与肿瘤的发生及发展。SRSF1的高表达和Caspase-3蛋白的低表达在膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生发展起着重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression of SRSF1 and Caspase - 3 in bladder urothelial cell carcinoma (BUCC) and their clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of SRSF1 and Caspase - 3 were detected by immu- nohistochemical method in 45 BUCC tissues, 10 normal bladder tissues used as control group,and discussed the rela-tion between SRSF1 and Caspase -3. Results: The positive expression rate of SRSF1 in BUCC was high,and the ex-pression of SRSF1 was related to the recurrence and metastasis. The positive expression rate of Caspase - 3 in BUCC was low, and it had no significant difference in clinical or pathological index. There was a negative correlation between the expression of SRSF1 and Caspase - 3 in BUCC. Conclusion: SRSF1 is closely related to the occurrence, recur-rence and metastasis of bladder cancer,through regulating cell cycle and apoptosis by inhibiting apoptosis related pro-tein Caspase -3. High expression of SRSF1 and low expression of Caspase - 3 may play an important role in the oc-currence and development of BUCC
