摘要 以上海地区使用的P·I型硅酸盐水泥为例,对水泥的生命周期碳排放进行了研究。通过资料分析得知,上海地区使用的水泥及熟料主要来自江苏省。在合理假定进沪水泥的运输方式及路程的前提下,计算了从水泥原材料开采到成品运输至使用企业大门的水泥生命周期碳排放量。结果显示,1tP·I型硅酸盐在生命周期将产生约1tCO2,其中92%的碳排放来自生料煅烧时的矿物分解和工厂生产能耗,6%的碳排放来自水泥成品运输。 Type I Portland cement used in Shanghai was taken as example to research the carbon emission of cement in lifecycle in this paper. By investigating and analyzing data, one could find that cement and clinker used in Shanghai mostly come from Jian-gshu Province. The mode of transport and distance were assumed in this article. Then carbon emission of cement used in Shanghai in lifecycle was calculated, where the lifecycle was from raw ma-terial extraction to cement product be transported to users. The results show that, about It C02 was emitted in lifecycle per ton type I Portland cement,and 92% carbon emission was generated by mineral decomposition in the raw material calcination stage as well as energy consumption in cement plant,6% carbon emission was emitted by transportation of cement products.
