摘要
目前,中国已成为全球二氧化碳排放量最大的国家,正面临着能源资源消耗日趋紧张、环境污染现象日益严重、生态系统功能明显退化等巨大压力,低碳化的发展已成为城市社会发展的必然选择。首先,对安徽省各地区的碳排放水平进行测算比较。其次,就各方面因素对碳排放的影响机理进行理论分析并对面板数据模型及建模步骤进行概述。然后,在前文的各影响因素对低碳城市发展影响的理论基础上,利用安徽省16个地级市2010—2014年的面板数据,运用面板数据模型对安徽省低碳排放影响因素进行实证分析,探讨影响安徽省低碳城市建设的主要影响因素,揭示安徽省低碳城市发展的特征及存在问题,可为安徽省政府部门制定相关政策提供参考依据。
At present,China has becoming the largest country in the global carbon dioxide emissions,facing with resource constraints tightening,serious environmental pollution,and the serious situation of ecological degradation. Low carbon development has become the inevitable choice of social development in our country. Firstly,the paper measures and compares the carbon emissions of each area in Anhui province. Secondly,it analyzes the influence mechanism of the effect of various factors on carbon emissions in theory. And it summarizes the modeling steps of panel data model. Finally,based on the theory of the above various influence factors on low carbon city development,it uses the panel data of 2010-2014 in 16 cities of the Anhui province,and it makes an empirical analysis with the panel data model on low carbon influence factors to discuss main influencing factor in the low carbon city construction in Anhui province and reveal the characteristics and existing problems in the low carbon city development in Anhui province,which can provide reference for Anhui provincial government departments to formulate relevant policies.
