血清抗衰老因子Klotho水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化发生的关系

摘要 目的:观察冠心病患者与正常人群血清Klotho蛋白水平,探讨Klotho在冠状动脉粥样硬化过程中的作用。方法:对行冠状动脉造影确诊冠心病患者30例及冠状动脉正常30例采用SYNTAX评分评估冠脉情况,采用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA方法)测定血清Klotho的含量。结果:冠心病组血清Klotho水平明显降低[(48.7±6.6)pg/ml与(24.9±6.2)pg/ml,P<0.05];进一步相关分析表明:血清Klotho水平与冠脉SYNTAX评分发现具有统计学意义的相关性(r=0.59,P=0.038)。结论:冠心病患者血清Klotho水平明显降低,有可能在将来成为冠心病早期识别更加方便、快捷的标记物。 Objective :To investigate serum Klotho level and coronary atherosclerosis .Methods :Thirty patients with coronary heart disease and normal coronary artery were screened for coronary angiography .The SYN‐TAX score was used to evaluate the coronary artery .The concentration of serum Klotho was measured by an immu‐noenzyme method (ELISA) .Results :Serum Klotho levels in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly lower than that of the normal control group[ (48 .7 ± 6 .6)pg/ml vs(24 .9 ± 6 .2)pg/ml , P〈 0 .05] ;Furthermore , significant correlation was found between Klotho level and SYNTAX score (r = 0 .59 ,P= 0 .038) .Conclusion :The Klotho level decreases significantly in coronary heart disease patients ,which may be a more convenient marker of early recognition of coronary heart disease in the future .
