FeNO联合IgE检测对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察FeNO联合IgE检测对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的诊断价值。方法:选取慢性咳嗽患儿72例,其中确诊的CVA患儿36例,非CVA患儿36例,同时选择同年龄门诊健康查体的健康儿童30例作为正常对照组。观察三组患儿FeNO及IgE检测水平,CVA组激素规律治疗1月后FeNO和IgE检测水平与治疗前及正常对照组比较,以及CVA组FeNO检测水平与IgE的相关性。结果:CVA组FeNO和IgE水平均显著高于非CVA组和正常对照组(P<0.01);而非CVA组FeNO和IgE水平与正常对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。CVA组经激素规律治疗1月后,FeNO和IgE水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),仍显著高于非CVA组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。CVA组FeNO检测水平与IgE呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:FeNO浓度水平联合IgE检测对儿童CVA诊治与监测具有重要价值。
