通瘀汤对脑出血恢复期患者神经功能缺损及康复效果疗效研究

The effect of the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with cerebral hemorrhage by the treatment of Tongyu decoction

目的:探讨通瘀汤治疗脑出血恢复期患者对患者的康复效果及神经功能缺损的影响。方法:选取120例脑出血术后恢复期患者采取随机数字表法分为中医组和常规组各60例,两组患者均给与西医常规治疗及康复训练,中医组加用通瘀汤治疗2个疗程(4周为一个疗程),对比两组患者的康复效果及神经功能缺损的恢复情况。结果:治疗后中医组患者的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分均显著的高于常规组(P<0.05)、中医组的NIHSS评分显著的低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后中医组患者的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶显著的低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后中医组患者的SS-QOL评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,中医组患者康复效果恢复良好49例(81.67%)显著优于常规组的38例(63.33%)(P<0.05)。结论:通瘀汤治疗脑出血恢复期患者的康复效果及神经功能缺损恢复具有显著的促进作用。

Objective：To explore Tongyu decoction in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients on the rehabilitation effect of patients and the role of neurological deficit.Methods：Selected 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with postoperative recovery taken randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and the conventional grou peach 60 cases,patients were given conventional western medicine and rehabilitation,TCM group with tongyu decoction treated sludge two courses（4weeks for a course）,recovery rehabilitation compared two groups of patients and neurological defects.Results：TCM treatment group were Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer scores were significantly higher than the conventional group（P〈0.05）,significantly lower than the Board of NIHSS score routine group（P〈0.05）;serum of patients after treatment Practitioners neuron-specific enolase was significantly lower than the conventional group（P〈0.05）;6months after treatment was significantly higher than the group of patients with TCM SS-QOL scores routine group（P〈0.05）.TCM rehabilitation patients with good recovery 49cases（81.67%）was significantly better than the conventional group of 38cases（63.33%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tongyu decoction through silt treated patients with cerebral hemorrhage convalescence and rehabilitation of patients with neurological defects restore a significant role in promoting.
