耳穴压籽配合穴位按摩对乳腺癌改良根治术患者睡眠质量的影响

The effect of auricular point sticking and point massage on the sleep quality of postoperative modified radical surgery breast cancer patients

目的:探讨耳穴压籽疗法配合穴位按摩对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择乳腺癌改良根治术后患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组40例实施常规护理,观察组40例在对照组的基础上实施耳穴压籽和穴位按摩,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评价患者睡眠质量。结果:观察组经过耳穴压籽配合穴位按摩后在PSQI各项得分和总分均有降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组PSQI各项得分和总分之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压籽配合穴位按摩可明显改善睡眠质量,提高睡眠效率,有较好的临床实用价值。

Objective：To investigate the effects of auricular point sticking and point massage on the sleep quality of breast cancer patients with breast cancer modified radical surgery.Methods：A total of 80 cases of breast cancer patients with modified radical surgery were randomly divided into control group（40cases）and observation group（40cases）.The control group received conventional care,the observation group were received auricular point sticking and point massage.Results：The Pittsburgh quality of sleep（PSQI）were observed in 2groups.Results：The observation group patients after auricular point sticking combined with point massage the PSQI scores and the total score were decreased,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.However,the scores of PSQI had no significant difference in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the regularnursing intervention group,treated by auricular point sticking cooperating with point massage canimprove sleeping quality.
