小檗碱对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠胰岛素抵抗效果观察

Effect of berberine on insulin resistance in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:观察小檗碱对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠胰岛素抵抗的改善效果。方法:选取我院临床试验部门自主培养的健康雌性大鼠126只进行临床研究,其中A组40只,采用皮下注射生理盐水的方式进行诱导培养,采用灌胃给蒸馏水的方式对比试验研究;B组40只,采用Poresky法诱导为多昂卵巢综合征大鼠,给予皮下注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素,采用灌胃给蒸馏水的方式对比试验研究;C组40只采用Poresky法诱导为多昂卵巢综合征大鼠,给予皮下注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素,采用灌胃小檗碱进行临床试验。结果:三组大鼠体重比较,B组和C组均高于A组,比较差异明显由统计学意义(P<0.05);三组大鼠脂肪湿重和血清胆固醇组间差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;三组大鼠空腹30min血糖值、空腹60min血糖值和胰岛素敏感指数比较,B组与A组和C组组间比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组和C组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小檗碱能够通过改善多囊卵巢综合症大鼠的空腹30min血糖值和胰岛素敏感指数,改善大鼠生殖功能,并且小檗碱对大鼠的脂肪湿重和血清胆固醇有轻微改善效果,均有研究和应用价值。

Objective：To observe the effect of berberine on insulin resistance in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods：Our hospital clinical trials unit independent culture of healthy female rats（n= 126）for clinical research,of which a group of 40,were cultured by subcutaneous injection of saline,by gavage to a comparative experimental study on the way of distilled water;group B（n=40）,by poresky induced Doan ovary syndrome rats,given subcutaneous injection of human chorionic gonadotropin gonadal hormone,by gavage to distilled water contrast experimental research;40rats in group C by poresky method induced Doan ovary syndrome rats,given subcutaneous injection of human chorionic gonadotropin gonadal hormone by intragastric administration of berberine for clinical trials.Results：The body weight of the rats in the three groups compared in group B and group C were higher than group A,difference significantly by the statistical significance（P〈0.05）;three groups of rats fat wet weight and serum cholesterol group difference,P〈0.05,with statistical significance;three groups of rats 30 min fasting blood glucose value,60 min fasting blood glucose value and insulin sensitive index,group B and group A and group C group significant differences and statistical significance（P〉0.05）and between group A and group C group difference no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Berberine can through the improvement in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome of 30 min fasting blood glucose value and insulin sensitive index,improve the reproductive function of rats,and berberine on rat fat wet weight and serum cholesterol has slight improvement,both research and application value.
