摘要
以异烟酸、吡啶-4-甲醛为原料,合成了吡啶-4-甲醛异烟酰腙。通过元素分析、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1 HNMR)对产物的结构进行了确证。用滤纸片法测试了目标化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌的抑菌性能。抑菌试验结果表明,目标化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌均有一定的抑菌活性,其中,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达13.5mm。
Pyridine-4- formaldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone was synthesized from nicotinic acid and pyridine-4- formalde-hyd. The structure of the new isonicotinoyl hydrazone was confirmed through an elementary analysis, IR and 1HNMR. The results of bacteriostatic activity tests showed that the isonicotinoyl hydrazone hgainst Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. The bacteriostatic activity of pyridine-4-form-aldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone against pseudomonas aeruginosa was the best in thibition zone diameter being up to 13.5mm.
