摘要
在温度分别为20℃、30℃、40℃下,常压测定了水—巯基乙酸—异辛醇三元体系的液液平衡数据,得到了三元体系的共轭相组成并绘制出相平衡曲线,确定了30℃为最佳萃取温度.实验数据用UNIQUAC和NRTL模型进行关联,关联值与实验值吻合良好.求得了溶剂对溶质的选择性系数,验证了以异辛醇为溶剂,采用液液萃取的方法分离巯基乙酸—水体系是完全可行的.
In this paper, the data of the liquid-liquid equilibrium of Water-Thioglycodetermined at 30℃ , 4 0 ℃ , 5 0 ℃ and ordinary atmospheric pressure. The phase compositions and curve of this system are obtained. 30 r is proved to be the best temperature for the extraction process. The experimentaldata are correlated by using UNIQUAC and NRTL models. The agreement between calculated data and experis satisfactory- The selectivity coefficients of tlie solvent to solutes are calculated, and the results show that it is entirelyfeasible to separate Water-Thioglycolate system by using liquid-liquid extraction technique with isopropanol as solvent.
