类风湿关节炎外周血TLR4表达及其与IL-37水平的相关性

Expression of TLR4 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Its Correlation with IL-37 Level

目的研究类风湿关节炎(RA)外周血Toll样受体4(TLR4)表达水平,并观察其与白介素-37(IL-37)的相关性。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月潍坊医学院附属医院收治的45例RA患者为研究组,另选取同期骨21例关节炎患者为骨关节炎组,健康体检者21名为对照组,应用流式细胞仪检测入选者外周血TLR4表达,并观察其与IL-37水平相关性。结果研究组TLR4阳性率和IL-37水平为(28.43±3.21)%和(78.56±8.97)ng/L,均显著高于骨关节炎组的(10.21±4.32)%、(17.25±5.68)ng/L和对照组的(13.08±2.05)%、(10.08±2.56)ng/L,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),骨关节炎组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析显示:TLR4阳性率与IL-37水平呈正相关关系。结论 RA患者外周血TLR4表达上调,且与IL-37水平呈正相关关系。

Objective To study the expression level of Toll like receptor 4（TLR4） in peripheral blood in rheumatoid arthritis（RA）,and to observe the interleukin-37（IL-37） correlation.Methods 45 patients with RA who were admitted to affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study group,another 21 patients with osteoarthritis of the same period were selected as osteoarthritis group,21 cases of healthy persons were as control group,the expression of TLR4 in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry,and to observe the correlation between the level of IL-37 and the level of.Results The positive rate of TLR4 and the level of IL-37 in the study group were（28.43±3.21）% and（78.56±8.97）ng/L,they were significantly higher than（10.21±4.32）%,（17.25±5.68）ng/L in the osteoarthritis group and（13.08±2.05）%,（10.08±2.56）ng/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）,there was no significant difference between the osteoarthritis group and the control group（P 〉 0.05）;Correlation analysis showed that：the positive rate of TLR4 was positively correlated with IL-37 level.Conclusion TLR4 expression in peripheral blood of patients with RA are up regulation,and it is positively correlated with the level of IL-37.
