血清透明质酸检测联合瞬时弹性测定对肝纤维化的诊断价值 被引量:1

The Diagnostic Value of Serum Hyaluronic Acid Combined with Transient Elastic Test in the Diagnosis of Hepatic Fibrosis

摘要 目的研究血清透明质酸检测与瞬时弹性测定对肝纤维化的诊断价值。方法选择该院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的68例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,分别对患者技能型瞬时弹性测定和血清透明质酸检测与瞬时弹性测定联合检测,将所得结果分别列入弹性测定组合联合测定组,比较这2种方法对于肝纤维化的诊断价值。结果随着慢性肝炎的严重程度逐渐加深,患者的肝硬度值逐渐增大,由轻度的(6.33±1.53)增至重度的(25.39±12.56),其血清透明质酸水平也逐渐升高,由轻度的(172.61±102.83)ng/m L增至重度的(357.13±212.13)ng/m L,且与肝组织活检结果对比,联合测定组患者的诊断符合率为97.06%,显著高于弹性测定组的86.76%,以上数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清透明质酸检测联合瞬时弹性测定对肝纤维化的诊断价值较高,具有很高的准确率,可在临床上广泛使用。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum hyaluronic acid and transient elastic test in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.Methods 68 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects,the combined detection of skill based instantaneous elasticity and serum hyaluronic acid and instantaneous elasticity,the re-sults were included in the determination of the elasticity of the combined group,compared with the two methods for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.Results With the gradual deepening of the severity of chronic hepatitis,liver stiffness values increased gradually,from low-grade of(6.33±1.53)increase to severe grade of(25.39±12.56),the serum levels of hyaluronic acid also increased gradually,from low-grade of(172.61±102.83)ng/m L increase to severe grade of(357.13±212.13)ng/m L,compared with the liver biopsy results,the diagnostic accuracy of the combined group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of the 86.76%,the data difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Serum hyaluronic acid detection combined with instantaneous elastic determination of the diagnosis of liver fibrosis is high,with high accuracy,can be widely used in clinical.
