附子药膳对237例阳虚体质人群干预的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on 237 Cases of Aconite Medicated Yang Deficiency Constitution in Intervention

目的《中医体质分类与判定标准》将人体体质分为平和质、气虚质、阳虚质等9个类型。采用随机抽样的方法,观察附子药膳对阳虚体质的影响。方法通过对该院2014年8月—2015年3月收治的237例阳虚质人群附子药膳干预的调查,运用比较分析法、归纳分析法,采用SPSS 19.0软件对7项阳虚指标进行分析。结果对不同服药膳次数的总评分减少值进行方差分析,有F为35.6,P<0.001说明不同服药膳次数之间其总评分减少的差异有统计学意义,且通过差值95%的可信区间可以看出,服药前后总评分的改变有统计学意义。发现服用药膳次数越多,阳虚体质改善越明显。结论 "治未病"是中医的优势,中医在此方面有着广阔的前景。通过体质辩别,有利于对尚未发病的"亚健康"人群进行积极干预,能更好地体现"治未病"的宗旨。

Objective ＂TCM constitution classification and decision standard＂ will be divided into nine types,such as the level of body constitution,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,and so on.By using random sampling method,to observe the effect of monkshood medic-inal diet of Yang deficiency constitution.Methods In our hospital in August 2014 to March 2015 237 cases of Yang deficiency in diet intervention aconite survey,using comparative analysis,inductive analysis,the 7 Xiang Yang virtual index was analyzed by SPSS 19.0software.Results Reducing the value of variance analysis of the total scores of different service times have F-measure diet,35.6,P 〈0.001 value,between the different service times the total score reduced diet was statistically significant differencel,and the difference between the 95% confidence interval can be seen,the total score changes before and after treatment was statistically significant.Tak-ing medicine more times,the more obvious improvement of Yang deficiency constitution.Conclusion ＂cure disease＂ is the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has broad prospects in this regard.By constitutional debate,is conducive to the disease has not been the ＂sub healthy＂ people to actively intervene,can better reflect the ＂rule of disease＂ purposes.
