腹部外科全麻病人围手术期深静脉血栓的预防策略

Prevention Strategy of Perioperative Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients Undergoing Abdominal Surgery Under General Anesthesia

目的探究腹部外科全麻病人围手术期深静脉血栓形成(深静脉血栓)的有效预防策略。方法对该院2013年5月—2015年5月期间,在院就诊治疗的150例患者腹部外科全麻围手术期间,对可能形成深静脉血栓的患者进行分组实验治疗,其中综合预防组:50例,在围手术期间进行Kendall SCDTMExpress感应抗血栓压力系统与药物预防相结合等深静脉血栓预防方式;常规预防组:50例,在围手术期间只是药物预防深静脉血栓预防的方式;对照组:50例,未采用预防措施。并测试在围手术期进行预防性治疗的效果。结果经过对这150例患者深静脉血栓情况进行分析,得出以下结果,综合预防组:50例患者中深静脉血栓的发生率仅为2%(1/50),常规预防组:50例患者中深静脉血栓的发生率仅为6%(3/50),对照组:50例患者深静脉血栓的发生率达16%(8/50)。结论围手术期采用Kendall SCDTMExpress感应抗血栓压力系统与药物预防相结合等深静脉血栓预防方式能够有效预防深静脉血栓形成。

Objective To explore the anesthesia patients of abdominal surgery peroperative period deep vein thrombosis（DVT） of effective prevention strategies.Methods In our hospital during May 2013 to May 2015 05 month 05 month,the hospital treated 150 cases of patients with abdominal surgery under general anesthesia during the perioperative period,the deep vein thrombosis patients were divided into experimental treatment,the comprehensive prevention group：50 cases,Kendall SCDTMExpress induction antithrombotic pressure system and drug prevention the combination of deep venous thrombosis prophylaxis in perioperative period;routine preven-tion group：50 patients in the perioperative period only drugs in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis;control group：50 cases,with no preventive measures.And to test the effect of prophylactic treatment in perioperative period.Results After the 150 patients with deep venous thrombosis were analyzed,and obtained the following results,comprehensive prevention group：50 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis rate was only 2%（1/50）,conventional prevention group：50 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis rate was only 6%（3/50）,the control group：50 patients with deep venous thrombosis incidence rate was 16%（8/50）.Conclusion Perioperative using Kendall SCDTMExpress induction antithrombotic pressure system and the combination of drugs in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis prevention can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis.
