显微外科手术治疗窦旁脑膜瘤的临床疗效分析

目的分析显微外科手术治疗窦旁脑膜瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2012年1月—2015年5月于该院就诊的窦旁脑膜瘤患者共30例,作为该次研究的对象,30例研究对象在该次研究中均采取显微手术切除的治疗方法,分析显微外科手术治疗窦旁脑膜瘤的临床疗效,随访1年后观察患者的手术复发状况。结果该次研究结果显示经过显微外科手术治疗后,30例患者中治愈的患者有4例,好转的患者有24例,治疗无效的患者有5例,总治疗有效率为83.3%。在术后1年对参与该次研究治疗有效的28例患者进行随访调查,发现共有1例患者出现窦旁脑膜瘤复发的症状,发生率为3.5%。结论经过临床实践,在治疗窦旁脑膜瘤患者时采用显微手术切除的治疗方法具有安全、经济及术后患者复发少的特点,显微外科手术的治疗方式值得在窦旁脑膜瘤患者中推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment of parasagittal meningiomas.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital for treatment of parasagittal meningioma patients in 30 cases,as the object of this study,30 subjects were taken the treatment method of microsurgery in this study,clinical efficacy analysis of microsurgical treat-ment of parasagittal meningiomas,observe the operation status of patients with recurrence after 1 years of follow-up.Results The re-sults showed that after microsurgical treatment,30 patients cured in 4 patients,significant curative effect in patients with 21 cases,ef-fective In 8 cases,ineffective treatment of patients with 5 cases,the total effective rate of treatment follow-up survey for the 83.3%.in one year after the operation of in this research is the effective treatment of 28 cases of patients,there were 1 cases of patients with symptoms of sinus meningioma recurrence,the incidence rate was 3.5%.Conclusion Through clinical practice.In the treatment of parasagittal meningioma patients treated by microsurgery with safety,economy,less postoperative complications,microsurgical treat-ment is used in patients with parasagittal meningiomas.
