炼油厂含油废白土选择性脱油工艺小试装置 被引量:2

摘要 炼油厂中的润滑油精制、柴油脱色、航煤脱色、芳烃精制等过程均可能应用活性白土、颗粒白土作为吸附剂,由此产生大量含油废白土。这些废白土吸附了约30~40%的油料,吸附物中大约三分之一是极性较强、需要借助白土的吸附作用而脱除的不理想组分,另有三分之二是与精制油组成几乎一样的理想油分。为此,设计了一种炼油厂废白土选择性脱油小试工艺,以含油废白土为原料,采用炼油过程的一些中间产品为萃取溶剂,只将含油废白土中的理想油分选择性回收,而将被白土吸附的强极性组分与白土视为一个整体不做分离。该工艺回收的油品质量好,可以直接与白土精制后油品混用,提高了油品回收率,也简化了含油废渣进一步处理利用的工艺。 The process of refining of lubricant,diesel bleaching,jet fuel bleaching,and aromatics refining in oil refinery are likely to use activated clay,clay particles as adsorbent,thereby a large amount of oil waste clay is produced,which adsorbs about 30 ~ 40% oil. Approximately one third of the adsorbent is polar,undesirable components which need the help of adsorption clay and removal,while two thirds,composed of refined oil is almost the same as the ideal oil. The design of the selective deoiling process pilot device of oil waste clay,with oil waste clay being as raw material,using some intermediate products in oil refinery as extraction solvent,only selectively recover the ideal oil in oily waste clay,and treat polar component absorbed by clay and the clay as a whole,making no separation. The oil products recovered in this process are of good quality,which can not only be directly used with the clay refining oil and improve the oil recovery rate but also provide simplified process for the further treatment of oily waste residue.
