摘要 某石化企业硫磺回收联合装置10万吨/年硫磺制硫Ⅰ、Ⅱ系列及6万吨/年硫磺等三台余热锅炉相继发生管板与换热管焊缝泄漏事故,造成硫含量超标排放。分析了硫磺回收余热锅炉泄漏的原因,并对事故处理方案进行了优选。结果表明:余热回收锅炉换热管板是泄漏的主要部位,采取合适的管板连接方式并严格控制焊接施工质量,能够保证设备长周期正常运行。 Leaking accidents were found in three waste heat recovery boilers of a petrochemical enterprise on their sulfur recovery facilities whose annual production capacity were 100,000 tons and 60,000 tons respectively,as a result,the emissions from the facilities exceeded the upper limit of the sulfur content standard. The boiler on the facility with 60,000 tons annual production capacity was still in operation with the existing problems,the other two boilers were shut down for trouble hunting. The main reasons for the accidents were analyzed in the article and the treatment scheme to these accidents was discussed accordingly.
