建设创新型国家需要培养大批创新型人才,创新型人才的培养是当前高职院校重要的人才培养目标,时代的要求决定了高职大学生必须具有创新思维、创新精神,创新观念。湖湘文化是中国传统文化中的一种优秀地域文化,把湖湘文化中"敢为人先"的精神融入教学中,在课程教学中融入湖湘文化的创新精神,是培养高职大学生创新精神的新途径。

Constructing innovative nation asks for the cultivating of innovative talents,which makes it crucial to set up cultivating innovative talents as the goal of vocational colleges. Hunan Culture is an excellent regional culture in traditional Chinese cultures. It should be a new approach to combine Hunan Culture with vocational teaching and apply Dare to be the first Spirit to college education.
