APJ/apelin对心血管系统作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 APJ/apelin主要分布在心血管系统,认识其对心血管系统的生理病理作用,对心血管疾病的发生及防治有重大作用。APJ/apelin具有正性肌力、扩血管、降血压、促血管内皮生成及抑制心肌肥厚等作用,抑制动脉粥样硬化形成,参与冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭等疾病的发生,保护心血管,为治疗心血管疾病提供方向。
