稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗心脏永久起搏器植入术后频发房性早搏的疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect of Wenxin Granule and Metoprolol in the Treatment of Frequent Atrial Premature Beats after Permanent Pacemaker Implantation

目的分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗心脏永久起搏器植入术后频发房性早搏的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将44例心脏永久起搏器植入术后频发性房性早搏病人分为两组。对照组20例口服美托洛尔缓释片,每次47.5mg,一天两次,观察组24例给予口服美托洛尔缓释片,每次47.5mg,一天一次,均连续治疗4周为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后对比临床疗效和药物安全性。结果观察组总有效率91.67%,明显优于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病人均未发现明显副作用,且观察组副作用出现较少。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔缓释剂治疗心脏永久起搏器植入术后频发房性早搏疗效确切,且副作用出现的更少。

Objective To analyse clinical curative effect of Wenxin granule（WXG）and metoprolol sustained release tablet in the treatment of frequent atrial premature beats（APBs）after permanent pacemaker implantation（PPI）.Methods Forty-four patients with frequent APBs after PPI were divided randomly into two groups：control group（n =20）treated with metoprolol sustained release tablet（47.5 mg each time,twice a day,oral）,and observation group（n =24）treated with WXG and metoprolol sustained release tablet treatment（47.5 mg each time,once a day,oral）for 8 weeks.The efficacy and safety of drugs were observed after the end.Results The total clinical effective rate was 91.67%in observation group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（70.0%,P〈0.05）.There was no obvious side effects in two groups.Conclusion WXG and metoprolol sustained release tablet have effect on frequent APBs after PPI.
