摘要
临床确诊胎儿生长受限时胎儿多已发育成型或者已经娩出,寻找一种能够准确对其进行早期预测的方法将会给临床带来极大帮助。遗传学机制在胎儿生长受限的发生发展中起着重要作用,检测双亲及胎儿的遗传学改变可为宫内胎儿生长发育状况和出生后疾病风险度的评估研究提供重要线索。本综述将详细阐述胎儿生长受限可能的遗传学机制的最新进展。
When diangnosed as fetal growth restriction ( FGR) in clinic, most fetuses have already developed or delievried, it would be a great help if we could find a method to early prediction. The genetic mechanism plays an important role in the development of FGR, to detect the patients andthe fetus’ genetic changes could provide an important clue for the evulation in fetus’ growth anddevelopment situation and the risk of disease after birth. Therefore, this review will focus on the possiblegenetic mechanisms of FGR.
