摘要
子宫腺肌病的保守性治疗是近年临床研究的热点,如何按子宫腺肌病病灶的临床病理特点进行保守性治疗是获得子宫腺肌病治疗疗效的关键。本文依据国内最新子宫内膜异位症诊治指南对目前子宫腺肌病分型以及按分型治疗进行探讨,以其为临床子宫腺肌病的治疗提供一些线索。
How to perform the conservative therapy for adenomyosis is still debated in recent years. The key to obtain an effective therapeutic effect is to treat adenomyosis according to its clinical pathological features. Here, we researched into the classification and the associated treatment of adenomyosis according to the latest guidelines so as to provide some clues for the clinical treatment of uterine adenomyosis.
