子宫腺肌病介入手术技巧探讨

子宫腺肌病是妇科常见病,虽为良性疾病,治疗方法多种,但多种保守治疗效果不佳。近年来介入治疗子宫腺肌病临床效果得到一定认可。良好的手术技巧则是治疗成功的关键。结合自身临床经验,本文分别从股动脉穿刺置管、投照机位选择、路图应用、超选择子宫动脉插管、栓塞操作等方面探讨子宫腺肌病介入手术的技巧。

Adenomyosis is a common gynecological disease. Although adenomyosis is a benign disease and there are many kinds of treatments, the result of conservative therapy is usually poor. In recent years, the clinical efficacy of interventional treatment has been certainly confirmed. Combining with our experience in clinical practice, we summarize surgical techniques in femoral artery catheterization, selection of exposure position, application of roadmap, superselective uterine artery catheterization of interventional therapy for adenomyosis and embolization.
